We recently purchased an old home (~150 yrs) with a firm offer and hadnt performed a home inspection prior to moving in. When we contacted Stefano, he responded promptly and booked us in within the same week. Stefano showed up on time and began with a thorough walk around of the property, taking copious notes and photographs documenting all of the issues he found. He used a drone to inspect our roof and gutters. Following this, he moved indoors and worked his way from the top floor to the basement. He identified structural issues, electrical issues, areas of heat loss using thermal imaging, plumbing issues, and air quality concerns. In short, he was incredibly thorough. But beyond this, he was also extremely generous with his time (>3hrs). When my mother-in-law asked for his opinion on her laneway house at the back of our property, he agreed to inspect it at no extra charge. At the end of the inspection, he sent us a detailed written report with photos and suggested next steps. He also sent links to supplemental material. Stefano did an amazing job and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I requested quote and Dave was the first to reply. The quoted price was competitive. Dave responded quickly and politely to all of my inquiries. I stated my preference to have the bin delivered on a Friday morning at 9am and the bin arrived at 8:30am. The delivery driver was friendly and made sure the bin was properly placed on our driveway. The bin was picked up as scheduled and I was emailed the invoice a day later. From start to finish, everyone involved was professional and friendly.

A raccoon had pulled shingles off of my roof and ripped a hole in the plywood underneath. The roof was also a bit worse for the wear from age and weathering. I contacted Professional Roofers to replace the shingles and eavestroughs and Patrick got back to me promptly. Throughout the process, Patrick was helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped everything go smoothly and did a good job on the follow-up. The crew were friendly and professional. They completed the job on schedule (despite some rain) and they did a good job of clean up after they were done. The new roof and eavestrough look very smart and modern. I'm very happy with the job that Professional Roofers did. They definitely live up to their name.
