24/7 service but they charge an after hours work surcharge? How does that work? Do not sign the release or work order. I think it gives them free reign to charge for everything possible. Such as a cleaning charge after they removed their on equipment. Techs will offer services but were unaware of the cost. I questioned some line items such as the after hours charge as was told if people don't want to pay we can put a lien on your house. All conversation recored as well,so its there. Use them if you have a big wallet.

Met Jason at the Toronto home show. Set up an apppintment to get the work done. Jason was on time. He removed all the doors and fronts of the drawers in the kitchen. He noticed a few minor repairs that needed to be done on the drawers. He offered to fix them. Loose joints and wore brackets. We selected the paint for both the lower and upper cabinets. Jason came to paint the cabinets once the doors were removef. Again on time. He replaced the doors and fit the new knobs on. All in all Jason was friendly professional and lidten to our ideas. The job was done on time and they look brand new. Would recommend getting it done.
