An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We decided to have a new furnace installed by Clearview and the service was great. Matt, the installer, worked on the furnace almost the entire day. He took great pains to ensure that our home was kept clean and tidy. Matt explained where the furnace would need to be vented, and he ensured that we had a tour of the completed work and explained the features of the furnace. The furnace is quiet and is working perfectly.
