After having an energy audit done because we were going to have our furnace replaced we were told that our current attic insulation was only rated for R20 but the code for new homes was now R60 so it was an obvious second upgrade on our 22-year-old home so that we could qualify for the Enbridge energy rebate, as well as increase the efficiency of our house. I came across this company when doing my research and since they had great reviews, and a no charge quote option, I thought I would give them a try. Mark, the owner, came out the same day I called them to give me the quote and fully explained what I needed and how much everything would cost. We decided to go ahead with the job and am glad we did as the crew that came were very good at what they do and even took the time to vacuum up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. Dave was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what kind of quality installation I was going to get as well as showing me some of their previous work and certificates. I was also surprised at how quick the installation took and how nice everything looked afterward, I mean it's only a furnace right? They even repositioned the furnace so that I have easier access to my filter and humidistat, awesome!
