The company started off professional and fair, there was a miscommunication about price which was fixed immediately upon bringing it to their attention. First, the when the wood arrived they were six foot fence boards not eight. They corrected that issue no problem. Then the fence posts went in and work was completed that day. The frost line is 42 inches and each fence post was put in at 30 inches. Upon bringing this up, I was told they wouldnt do that and the quote was for 48 inches deep on each posts. The workers originally said they couldnt get any deeper around the pool so it was just those ones. That was false, as all the posts were 30 inches not just the ones around the pool. Eventually, they were forced to redo all of the posts and finished around 40-42 inches deep each so hopefully they last. The rear fence was supposed to be a short fence as we often chat with our neighbors back there. The finished product is almost 7 feet high at the back. The gate for an 8 foot privacy fence is only 6 feet high. Theres a large gap which anyone on the pool deck is now entirely visible from the street. Lastly, the latch mechanism is the cheapest latch with a string pull secured with two screws. A very cheap finish for an expensive fence. The guys worked hard, just some issues I did not expect from a Five Star company.
