He is extremely helpful, generous and respectful of client's perspective and concerns. Though the focus of their work was the installation of eavestrough, downpipe and leave guard, Darren also asked his crew to caulk my chimney and clean the soffit at no charge ( as I had mentioned how difficult it was to get someone to do a relatively small job ) The entire job was completed to the highest standards. Darren (and Angela in the office) always responded to inquiries promptly, and any requests for additional work were addressed almost immediately. In the past I have dealt with many other contractors, and often disappointed with their attitude and quality.
