From start to finish, we were incredibly happy with the job done on our home. We appreciated the work ethic of all involved, as well as the pleasant interactions we had with each person we dealt with. The house looks great, and they were done a day early. Our property was cared for and cleaned before leaving. The communication by email was clear and efficient. Absolutely would recommend.

Aaron and Chester worked quickly and efficiently to clear the front and back yard of our recent demolition debris. They called to let us know they were running slightly behind. They did an excellent job moving heavy and awkward waste and they managed to fit it all into one load. (Since we live on a hill, a bin wasn't feasible.) We'll absolutely be using their service again.

This is the second time we've used Royal Roofing, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The first time (Aug. '13), we had a small sloped roof on the back stairwell replaced. This recent time (March '14), we had two flat roofs completely removed and replaced, due to some leaking after the melting-freezing cycles we've been having. Louis was dependable and he was clearly able to show us, using pictures of our roof on his iPad, all the reasons we were having leaks, which made it obvious why the previous company we hired did not do the job correctly. His team worked efficiently and were very thorough in their work. The amount of debris that came off of the roofs was incredible, however the property was carefully cleaned following the installation. The roofs look so much better than before, and we can already feel the difference the insulation has made above our kitchen. Louis also added in two vents to an adjacent section of sloped roof when he noticed that it was not properly ventilated. The price orally quoted after Louis' visit was right in line with his detailed written estimate, and was very fair considering the amount of labour that went into replacing the roofs. Choosing a reputable roofing company is so difficult, and we've chosen poorly in the past, which has resulted in wasted time and money. We trust Louis and his team to be honest and reliable, and would definitely recommend their services.
