Our dryer broke a few months ago and after ordering some parts and trying to fix it ourselves we gave up and called RTC. A very polite tech in appropriate PPE came out a day or two later and had figured out it was a more complex problem than even he expected. He ordered the part, came back to install as soon as it was in, and fixed the problem. Very happy with this service.
We are first-time buyers who, less than a month after we started looking, put a conditional offer on a house. Using the online interface we were able to book Michael for an inspection the next day.
