I called these guys at almost 6:00PM on a Monday night and they were out the next morning; just like they said they would be. Very punctual, very professional and well groomed. Took the time to explain what they were doing and took care of the job safely and efficiently. The price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely hire them again and would definitely recommend them!

After consulting with Adam at Warm Home and being told that there would "probably be no charge" because they couldn't blow insulation into my walls, I received a surprise phone call saying I would be charged anyway on top of what I had already paid in full for another job on the property. Apparently, they did get "some" insulation into one wall, yet this new invoice does not indicate how much. Furthermore, I received a rude email from another Warm Home employee saying that the cost of using the far-infrared scanner to assess how much insulation was actually in the one wall was worth far more than what I was paying so they weren't going to bother with the assessment. Would definitely not hire them again and would certainly not recommend them! I got some major attitude from the receptionist as well when I asked for references before I even booked the job and that should have been my hint to go elsewhere right there. I will pay more attention to the warning signs next time!
