I had a water softener and tankless water heater installed and I sincerely regret choosing Reliance. The salesperson Harpreet was very aggressive in his sales pitch. Deceptively advised that switching to tankless would be a simple process. The subcontractors attended without the necessary tools to do the job and rummaged through my garage for them, attempted to get me to pay for the install when there was no charge and caused water damage to my basement. Before completing the tankless install they asked for an extension cord and advised we would need an electrician to install an outlet beside the tank. If I had been informed of this I never would have switched to a tankless! Now I have an extension cord hanging across my furnace room. Not sure if the work completed is to code.

We hired Stone Ridge to remove our crumbling front steps and replace with concrete. Throughout the entire process Sal and his crew were extremely professional. I am very satisfied with the end product and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
