We have two kids and a beige couch that has seen better days. Dan came over to do a cleaning this morning and it looks (almost) like new again! Stains on the arm rests and cushions that we've been living with for years are finally gone. I'm very pleased with the service - Dan was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
