He was available. He was quick. He worked hard. He go the job done well. The price was fantastic... What more could you possibly want? We will likely be contacting him in the spring to clean our windows.

We called in Shane for a quote and within a few days we put him to work. The job was completed on time and his work exceeded all expectations. As an added service, they swept and vacuumed at the end of everyday to keep the dust to a minimum (the job itself is extremely messy).

We had our 80 year old house underpinned by Truenorth recently and couldn't be happier with their job. The crew came in early every morning and left late every evening. They worked like horses and managed to finish ahead of schedule. Every last one of them were polite and friendly. However, Daniel (co-owner) is the real jewel in their crown. I've dealt with many people in this industry before and he's probably the best I've come across. I know they had at least one or two other jobs on the go, but Daniel still made a point of coming around to our house virtually every day. And when Daniel came around, he didn't just shoot the breeze with his guys and then take off; he actually worked and got his hands dirty with the rest of his crew. He would also always made a point of coming to tell us how things were progressing and what we could expect over the next day or two. It was a great experience.

Natanael came by my house to quote on my bathroom the same day I contacted him. He arrived on time and then within a day was able to provide us with a detailed written quote. I think this is virtually unheard of in this industry. The job was a complete gut job of the bathroom. We had a new toilet installed, but it was moved to the other side of the room. We also installed a new sink, tub, and had them build a closet where the toilet once stood. We obviously also re-tiled everything. The price I included in this review included all labour and many of the small items (piping, primer, baseboards, wiring, etc.,.) but did not include the fixtures, tile, or paint (perhaps another $3000 in the end). The worked commenced and finished on time (approximately 10 working days) and was done with great care and skill. I couldn't be happier. He was very patient with us, even though we changed some of the final details several times. I am digging down my basement in the next few months and will undoubtedly be calling on P&P when it comes time to finish it.
