We called Gazeebro to setup our 12 x 16 gazebo. I am an advanced DIY guy and decided not to do this myself because of the time involved and the raising of the roof which is quite large. I have built many projects including a recent shed. Robert, Robert Sr and Jared had the right tools, organized their work area, preassembled all the parts, made sure everything was plumb and square (many times), cleaned up during the build, and had great attention to detail to assemble the gazebo as perfectly as possible. They completed the job in 9 hours, the last 2 hours while raining. On top of that, they are really nice guys and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Gazeebro again. Great job and thanks for your service guys!

We moved into a home with an alarm and the owners did not provide us with a master alarm code. We needed the alarm reprogrammed and also decided to make it internet accessible. S&D responded right away to our request and booked us an appointment. They came on time and reprogrammed/upgraded our alarm. We were so happy with their work we hired them to install a camera system we had already purchased. They did a great job, looks professional, set it up for us. Rhoan was very professional corresponding with us and Sheldon was polite, professional and quick during the install. The price was fair for the work involved. Wish more contractors were like these guys!

My first call to Whitby Garage Doors was answered by Chad, he came out within a couple days as scheduled and showed me samples, answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional. Received a call from Wendy as a follow up, she was friendly and professional. Our installer, Ryan, came out as scheduled, removed the old door, installed the new one, was friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation. A couple weeks later Robert came over and installed our aluminum trim around the frame. Again, friendly, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job. Absolutely perfect installation. I would like to sincerely thank all the people I had contact with from Whitby Garage Doors. You guys are all great human beings. Please do not change anything, you have a great company with great employees. Keep up the phenomenal customer service attitude you have. BTW if you think the big box stores cost less, think again, not to mention you will never receive the service you get from pro's like Whitby Garage Doors.
