Just finished up a service call with Wes # 2491. The hot water stopped working last night just before bath time for the kids. Reliance sent a service tech (Wes) out to my house this morning. Wes called me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm his ETA. When he got here he was respectful, efficient, and left the work space clean. He took the time to explain what the fault was (sediment in the lines due to all the new home construction around me) as well as how to adjust the settings if I wish to increase/decrease the water temp in the future. He gave me some tips on maintaining my furnace and A/C as well and recommended an appropriate preventative maintenance program with Reliance if I was interested. I want to make it clear that there was absolutely no sales pressure from Wes on that maintenance program. He was just being an honest guy offering his Professional opinion on what I should be doing to protect my furnace and A/C for years to come. This was my first real interaction with Reliance. I've got to say from the phone call last night right through to the time I shock Wes' hand as he left I was very impressed with the service!
