Basement Reno Pierre came to our home to provide a quotation for our basement reno. We agreed on timeline, cost, and conditions. He ask for deposit and deposit was provided right away; knowing that he said he needs it for material cost. He promised that materials will be delivered the next day, and the work will start the same time. Next day came, he didn't show up, everyday for five days we waited for job that supposed to be done in 2 days. Emailed him, text him, called him everyday, 2-3 times per day, he never showed up and no job done. We requested our deposit / money back to be return, he never did and never communicated back. This guy is a fraud!!!! This company is fraud!!!
