Ray arrived promptly for our appointment and he carefully explained in detail the various options available. He presented a terrific package (equipment and money wise). He installed cameras and upgraded our 25 yr .old alarm system. The work was completed neatly, promptly, professionally. I was very happy with the service I received from Total Security.
