Quality was great. Installers were pleasant, and did a great job. Was a little bothered that I was told 4-8 weeks until installation in April. When in reality it was closer to 8 months. But that's on the companies end not the installers. Happy windows are in and I hopefully don't lose out on the government issues rebate because it took 7 months for installation.

Hi Andrew - just looked at our files and it wasn't 8 months for installation and we had an estimate of 14 weeks in your contract, but that was exceeded because of the effect of GreenOn in our industry (when the Liberals put the program in place we were told everyone who signed up for the program would receive ample time for us to install, sadly, when the Conservatives cancelled the program, they also imposed a wildly unrealistic installation deadline. A the moment, we are trying very hard to fit as many people in before this arbitrarily imposed deadline so that they may benefit from the rebates as you did). Your windows were installed prior to the deadline, there is no reason GreenOn should not process your rebate. Thank you for your feedback.
