I ordered a steam machine which the salesperson told me it can connect to blue tooth, and I bought a speaker together with this steam machine which pay extra price for this speaker. However, after installed, the machine has no blue tooth function as the salesperson said. After I took all the photo to them, and it was confirmed the model they gave me was wrong and they willing to replace it for me. However, I need to pay my renovation guy extra work to disconnect all the water pipe and power line to do the exchange. I wish the salesperson has more knowledge about the product they sold next time.
