I have a turbine vent, known as a whirlybird, along with other regular vents on my rooftop. The Whirlybird has recently been squealing/squeaking and echoes inside the house as well as the outside to the neighbours. It is VERY annoying. I requested estimates but only two companies responded. The first came and I did not find them professional at all and did not proceed. Tactical responded and when Afshin did his inspection he found another issue with one of the other vents. An animal had chewed a hole through it. I had a good feeling with him, so he replaced the whirlybird with a non-turbine version (which I didn't even know was an option but appreciated so it will never squeak again) and he also replaced the damaged vent. Very professional, clean courteous and timely. I would highly recommend.

I had a bay area extending out from kitchen with a patio door. The shingles were curling up in this small section. I made contact with Kevin and he came out to quote me shortly after. Moisture seemed to be the issue so he installed a vent and replaced the shingles. Great job and all was clean.

My outdoor garden hose faucet had a vacuum breaker that was leaking. The thread size was an "oddball" size that was no longer available and could not be reduced. Burloak Plumbing replaced the faucet in a matter of minutes and all is good again. On time and within budget.

Shawn was very efficient, clean and reliable. He showed up when he said he would, completed the job on time and did not have to be "watched over". He may not have known but I was quite sick with a cold at the time and I appreciated him bringing an assistant because I was not up to "getting my hands dirty". I lay on the couch and felt confident with his ability to do a great job. I was not disappointed and would gladly recommend him.
