Anton is your contact person and he is fantastic. Prompt first meeting and listened to my needs. Gave me a brochure with a number of price-point options and we went with a middle priced composite and love it- no more Thompson's water sealing every year. Old pressure treated deck needed to be demolished and removed- but- we are the middle townhouse of 3 with no direct access. Fortunately our neighbours on either side are great, were away and gave Anton's crew permission to access our back through theirs. Crew was also amazing, we had lots of rain but they were able to demolish and remove with speed and incredible neatness during a few sunny days. The demolition, removal of the old deck, foundation hand digging, concrete foundation installation, materials delivery and handling to the backyard was done by 3 crew members and was alot of work. The deck framing, laying of boards and building of a pergola was done by Vadim. I simply showed Anton a picture off the internet of a pergola and Vadim built it- A man who is a hard worker and takes pride in a job well done. Site was spotless following. No need for other quotes- just contact Anton and go from there. I've already recommended him to my sister. Pics to follow.

Our side-by-side Frigidaire fridge was not working properly. It was cold on the bottom of the freezer and a little cold on the bottom of the fridge. We started looking for replacement but really just wanted ours to work as the space is custom and the current one fits perfectly. Atiar came quickly when called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back a couple of days later to install. He was outstanding. Any other appliance issues (dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge) in future and Atiar will be called first. Thank you, Atiar!

Our 2004 townhouse was shoddily built with the steps already caving in and paint peeling off the cement porch. Stan came out on the weekend and was even early for the appointment. He explained what needed to be done, spoke about how the builders cut corners and what they should have done in the first place. Sam's crew of 2 were fantastic. Prompt, professional, clean and with a sense of humour. Sam was onsite and did a great job of supervising. Job was done on-time and our two neighbours also then had Stan work on their failing interlock (same builder). Highly recommend and will be the first people we call in the future with other projects.
