They arrived exactly on time, were very careful to keep things clean, did a very thorough job and completely cleaned up afterwards, even replacing the furniture that needed to be moved for access to vents. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Perhaps one of their other best features is that they don't have a barrage of call center folks calling endlessly to offer their services. They came to us on referral from a trusted HVAC company we have used on another property. Bytown Duct Cleaning is great!
