I had my roof done two years ago along with a replacement of my eaves troughs. Randy was responsive to my phone calls and came exactly when he said he would. His quote was great but most of all he explained everything about the materials he would be using and why he chose them. I asked and received proof of his license with the city and insurance. He took a picture of my roof before the work was done and after. There was no debris anywhere on my property. It was hard to even get another company to come out and give me a quote so I was so thankful that Randy responded so quickly to my questions. Two years later I not only remember him but am still pleased with the work that was done.

I chose to take my dead laptop to PCNix based on the reviews. I am so glad I did. i don't know much about computers. Amir didn't talk down to me but explained precisely what the problem was and quoted me two prices based on two different outcomes. I am confident that he not only knows his stuff but is reliable and honest. The job came in faster than quoted and for the exact price quoted. Amir also didn't try to sell me anything but once i asked was able to hook up an external hard drive for me on the spot and took time to tell me how to take good care of it. I do not hesitate to recommend his company!

I used Homestars to find this company and had a great experience. Our drain in our basement was backed up mid-day Saturday. We were able to make contact with the company immediately and had someone at our house less than 2 hours. They offered to take a video of the pipes to do a diagnostic along with clearing the pipes. It was a bit more money then just having the drains cleared but this gave us a better idea of what we may need to deal with in the future. We have a problem with tree roots which were cleared and given options for future prevention if we wish. We can't afford anything but the basics and this was done with no pressure and we were treated as any customer spending a lot more money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Purchased a deal online with hundreds of other customers. Graham Services is now serving notice that they did not receive their money and cannot honour coupons. This is being disputed by Dealfind. However, they have started to sell their packages through another company. I would not recommend getting involved with this company.

My problems with Magical Pest Control are with the process they use for customer service. We needed a third treatment which we were willing to take responsibility for (the building paid for the first two). In trying to get a third treatment we spoke to at leas 4 customer service reps: 1 told us that we needed to get the building to call, we did and were told we had to pay and to book the treatment. 2 the second person told us that we did not have to pay and that they would make arrangements with the building. 3 when nothing happened the third person told us we would have to pay to have the unit assessed to see if we had bed bugs - before another treatment. We argued this and she said she would check and call back. 4 the fourth person thought the place had already been sprayed 5 the fifth person hung up in the middle of the conversation 6 finally the supervisor offered to get back to me - reluctant to give his name and I noticed that his name changed from what he told me and I recorded in the first call to the second.- his solution is to start all over because its been too long since the last spraying - this took three weeks to negotiate and at a suggested price of 300 dollars. The actual technician that came was great and friendly, but I am going with another company rather than deal with the hassle of using the building's contractor which doesn't seem beneficial.

I can't say enough good things about Ton Furniture. The bed we bought was fantastic. We needed a bed to be delivered at a very specific time and with short notice. The delivery was perfect and the whole transaction was done very quickly. You can trust the products and the service!
