YS roofing were great. Very helpful, responsive and friendly. They were competitive with pricing and able to answer all of my questions before agreeing to the job. The crew were fast and cleaned up well before they left.

Had a leak from our 2nd floor shower through our dining room ceiling. Moreau Bros, investigated and found the the shower prices needed to be re-siliconed. I was expecting to have to have the full drain replaced so this was a nice surprise. They were responsive and not pushy at all from the moment I listed the job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help.

Right from first contact until completion Everready was fantastic. They contacted me by the means I requested, quickly sent someone out to review the job and provided an online estimate. Booking was smooth and easy and the team of Peter and his crew were so polite and professional when they came to complete the work. Fantastic work and fair price. I’m overdue posting this review. Service was great. A one way door was installed to have the squirrels removed and a few days later he returned to close it up, replace the damaged vent cap and install cages on this and remaining vents. I’ve recommended Gotcha to friends and neighbours already. I’m really please I used Gotcha and would again in a second.

We had a master bath shower that was leaking from the drain and causing some minor ceiling damage in the kitchen below. Dave responded to my email request quickly and worked within our schedule to have it addressed.

Les did a great job moving an electrical outlet and adding HDMI cables above a fireplace for a new TV. He is neat, punctual, professional and personable. I would highly recommend him.
