Skylights Unlimited separated themselves from the quote by (a) being able to get the upgraded skylights I wanted (b) promising of doing the job without additional painters and (c) competitive price. The installation team came on time and did a difficult install on a 3-story steeply pitched roof, replacing 40-year old plastic skylights. Minimal mess, and the interior was finished a promissed - no additional painters required. Looks great. Very happy.

Dany and his team delivered a beautiful well-built deck. The results exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with it. From the start, Dany's design recommendations and materials suggestions were excellent. The job site was difficult due to work on multiple levels, limited access, limited parking and close proximity to neighbors (highly urban). The Custom Deck Company got the job done. There were no complaints from the neighbors. When there were problems (and what project doesn't have them), Dany was forthright in communicating them, and we were able to find solutions. A refreshingly positive experience. I would call The Custom Deck Company again for future projects.
