L. Paturel in London

This past weekend was Thanksgiving. Our AC stopped working about a week ago and we had scheduled a service call. The earliest service date was the Friday of Thanksgiving weekend from 6-8pm. I took it. I naturally assumed that the service technician would be grumpy, impatient and work quickly in order to try to get home for the long weekend. I was wrong. Rob Coto arrived on time, assessed the unit, provided excellent advice and fixed the unit. After he had fixed the AC, he even took the time to wash the outside of the unit, even though it was a chilly night, he got wet and it was getting dark. It is so nice to work with hard-working, honest and friendly people. Thanks Rob.
