An absolutely quality service .. no joke! Dave explained that they normally do not carry parts for my make and model of furnace, but was kind enough to take a look at no charge. They diagnosed the problem and thankfully had a spare part. Throughout Dave explained what was going on and the methodology in diagnosing and the post checks required. The attention to detail is a rarity these days. Dave and partner James even quibbled over the pros and cons of checking the coil , again an eye-opener to see two professionals checking over each others decisions. If there was a Batman & Robin in this trade, these are the guys ... I'd let them decide whose who :-) . You cannot go wrong with good ole fashioned professional service ... 10/10
