I was looking for exterior paint & varnish. The sales girl was helpful & explained the differences between the types of paint & varnishes so that I was able to choose which to get. A sale had brought me in, but I was able to save more money on top of that by signing up for an account. Now any purchase I make is in the computer so if I need to touch something up a few years down the road, they can tell me exactly what kind of paint I used. This way I'll never have to try to match paints again. I'm so exited about paint projects now. Also, they guarantee their products so you can bring back your products if it's not what it was supposed to be.

My furnace stopped working the the middle of the night Thursday, so I called Reliable Home Comfort on Friday morning & Dave arrived with his son to look at it Friday evening. He said the circuit board was not working & would need to be replaced. Once that was replaced he would have to then see if the ignition would need to be replaced. The maximum cost if all things needed replacement was $600 including labour. He also answered my questions about replacing the furnace instead & gave me an idea of cost for that option. He said he could work on it that night or wait until Saturday. I chose to wait, because I wanted to discuss with family members who had more experience owning their homes & wanted to compare prices online. I called first thing Saturday morning (today). Dave got the part & came by early afternoon with Jamie, his York furnace specialist. They finished in under 1 hour & only the circuit board needed replacing, so it was well under the worst-case-scenario price. Their cost beat what other competitors were quoting & there was no cost for the initial visit, nor any additional fees for a weekend visit. I'll definitely go with Reliable Home Comfort again.
