Basement lowering, underpinning, waterproofing , drains and new walkout
Great work- we are very happy. Vlad and his team. Nothing was a problem and extra work removing concrete in parking area, backyard and installing underfloor heating pipes in floor slab were very reasonably priced in addition to the contract (thanks Vlad). Sergei and the team are stars -they hand dug the water line and drain on the hottest day of the summer and they stayed to get it done and back-filled till 10PM that night- amazing effort- these guys are good. : Highly recommend VMB- 10 out of 10
