Hired Stephenson Roofing after getting a few quotes. Brad's price was competitive and his reviews and references checked out, so I went for it. Brad is very friendly and down to earth and really seems to know his stuff, but he is also very honest and accommodating. I had a leak in my roof in the low slope section and so Brad and his crew replaced that section on the first sunny day in February and then came back another sunny day to do the rest. He fixed venting problems I didn’t even know I had, but they made total sense given the leak as the previous roofer (many years ago) had not vented properly, leading to mould and rot, which led to water penetration. Brad said that the very steep sections of my roof were fine and felt they had quite a few years left in them, so he was happy to replace all the low slope sections only. That honesty was really appreciated and saved me from having to spend for the entire roof when a good deal of it was just fine. I would recommend Stephenson Roofing.

Paul removed a wall between two rooms, installed a supporting beam and refinished the walls and the hardwood floor. Paul was always polite and great to work with. Really warm and friendly person and passionate about his work. He is very knowledgable about all aspects of building and also knows other professionals when he needs them. In this case, we needed an engineers report, which he arranged. Paul is also very reasonably priced, but that's because he is efficient and actually does most of the work himself.
