This summer I called 4 of the highest ranked Homestar tree services and Derek's was the only one who responded in 24 hours. One company actually called 2 weeks later and the other two never responded to my call! Derek's team came out early to our house and within less than an hour they had taken down and cut up our dying tree as well as grinding two leftover tree stumps. The wood logs from the tree were picked up later than afternoon and the only remnants of the tree/stumps were small mounds of wood shavings which we put into bags for collection. Excellent, prompt service that we were very pleased with!
