I had this Roof leak for years and 3Roofers came and repaired but problem remained. My living room wall would start peeling in 3 years. Called Ronald, He was very pleasant and professional. Promptly came and had a look, gave an estimate and within 3 days was there to repair. No add on costs, Just did what he said would do. used best quality shingles, colormatched.. Nice clean on time job and clean up.

The motor on my Garage door broke on Sunday. Called Open Sesame because it was close to my home. Steve was very helpful. Gave me time for Monday. Listened to the issue and offered two options with price quote, repair or replace. I went for replacement. Next day he came over, I stayed there to help but he did not need any but I thoroughly enjoyed watching him do it. There was fluidity in his work, no wasted movements like a person who has done it thousands of time. An excellent job but also a wonderful person to meet and talk. My old furnace was having high CO levels and Time to change it before winter.. Dan came to explain new models/Brands. No pressure. Efficient quick service. Installation/clean up very professional . Took care of property, carpet runners to protect the stairs/carpet. Made the Furnace go thru all cycles including Air conditioning and then tips to increase furnace life and performance. He checked room vents to make sure heat distribution is good. I am very impressed and have no qualms in recommending him. I am so satisfied that I asked him about Duct cleaning and would be calling his recommended cleaner. would let you guys know how well that guy did.
