I am so glad this website lets me give zero stars. It has been such a terrible experience with this company. I called for emergency service (at night) due to a broken window. The cost to fix the window was too much, so I declined and requested they board the window and clean the glass. I was told the job would cost $300 plus tax. However, my credit card was charged $467, which is extremely dishonest (It took about a week to finally get an envoice after having to ask on several occasions... with the charge that was not agreed upon). My advice is if you do hire this company against my recommendation, get an invoice BEFORE giving the credit card information or else you will end up with a much larger bill. Also, the person who came to board the window as part of the emergency service took the window frame. When I inquired about the frame, I learnt that it was taken from the property without my permission. It was returned with damage... good thing I had a 'before picture' of the frame when it had fallen that night. When I tried to talk to the owner, he was very unprofessional, kept deviating from the problem and repeating himself, and then hung up the phone rudely. Boarding the window and cleaning the broken glass was all that was required. I do not understand why the frame was taken without my permission. The frame was in-tact and I was in the process of hiring a new [honest and more reasonably priced] company to replace the glass, and obviously I cannot do that now since the frame is damaged. So the project will cost me even more money. The owner of this company is not able to empasthize with the situation, and instead repeats himself and deviates from the problem. I am left with a frameless window, a bill much larger than agreed upon, and a lot of headache trying to reason with the owner. I highly do NOT recommend this company.
