What started as a toilet backup challenge, evolved into a more substantial sanitary drain blockage running out to the street. The entire project took over a week, as we bunked with family members for the duration. Drain Rescue team was professional and dedicated to solving our problem from the outset. The supervisor remained engaged throughout our journey, including guiding our interaction with the city water works team to ensure they took responsibility for their portion of the work to be done.
