Latty in Mississauga

I have problem with my kitchen windows it wasn't closing and when you try to close or open it was jumping out of the grove, Jacob restored my faith with renewal by Andersen, he attached a second handle so the window slides without coming out from the top and he explained how to close it properly. Jacob was on time and called to let me know he was close by, I found he is a very experience and knowledge person, he also encouraged to change the other with renewal by Andersen's for Jacob I give 10 stars... ......

I am very happy with my windows, replaced my ensuit bathroom, bedroom and kitchen window and it's awesome just standing looking at it it like no window is there at all clear. I will recommend other people to experience the view and the beauty of my new windows, the sales representative was awesome she knows her products, I will be using them again for my patio door. THANKS !
