First they were late, then they request for money right away and tell me that it will cost me more. Very unprofessional people. I only had one couch and few boxes and they requested they will need more time and not as per our discussion. They took my deposit and left without moving anything. Do not use this moving company.

This person was late and our crew waited 0,5 hour for her to get the elevator on service and lost paid time. When advised that she will need extra time to complete the job - both her and her partner started screaming, verbally abusive and demanding. With that we decided not to work for them, deducted part of the deposit for our lost time and refunded the rest.
