I purchased some faucets from taps, which were well-priced and beautiful. Unfortunately, the box given to me contained the wrong handles. I had to go back to the store twice to rectify the situation, and despite the fact that they made the error and inconvenienced me, they were extremely unhelpful and kept me waiting for 25 minutes. The customer service agent, Dan, was rude and condescending.
