Our dryer stopped working I contacted Fix Appliances. They had a great chat dialogue on their website. Someone was sent to diagnose the same week - Elia (sp?). He tested and opened up the dryer and found out the heating element and some sensors were broken. He gave me an idea of what to expect. The office called me the next day saying they had the parts and gave a full estimate of the cost. They subtracted the cost of the diagnosis. Elia came back two days later, installed the parts, and got the dryer working. He showed me pictures of the broken parts. And he finished within an hour. I’m very satisfied with the service and expertise.
