I owned a contracting company for 15 years, and in all of my experiences, I have never dealt with a more professional company, with such attention to detail. Saverio, Danny, Elliot, Tina - everyone in the whole organization is involved to make sure that your planning, scope of work and scheduling is perfect. The design created for our front steps was challenging, and QEW had the perfect vision for what we were looking for. We are just so impressed. It looks gorgeous. When they came to do the job they were here from start to finish (not bouncing around a number of different jobs - they focus on you) which was very important to us. We were so impressed with the exterior work that we had them quite our master bathroom and powder room, as well as front tile and pot lights on the main floor. Everything just so far exceeded our expectations. In fact, my wife and I commented to each other that these were the first renovations we have ever done where the process was fun and exciting. The key reason for that is definitely Saverio, who was so organized, a perfectionist, and so experienced in bringing our vision to life. A true professional. We could not be happier that we found him here on Homestars. I would wholeheartedly recommend QEW for any interior or exterior renovation. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found Taylor and Grout Expectations. Six years ago we completed our kitchen renovation. We spent a substantial amount of money, but we’re very displeased with the tile job that was done at the time. After exploring a number of options to fix the cracks in the tile, we found Taylor. Super professional, very personable and accommodating. Most importantly too, very knowledgable and was happy to come out and have a look. He was very quick to provide a very reasonable quote to redo the kitchen grout. We scheduled a time, and he was here exactly when he said. He is clean, and very professional about his work, and completely fixed what no one else could. From start to finish a consummate professional you will be very happy to work with! Absolutely stunning installation of new windows in our home in Oakville. I have worked in the construction industry personally for the past 15 years, and work with many window companies. Optima is so far ahead of the competition in terms of quality, service, and overall experience. From the moment I met Chris, I knew I didn’t have to look anywhere else. He is a consummate professional, and understands every aspect of the process, and answered all questions before I even asked. Their home star rating also was incredibly impressive, and well deserved. The window products are amazing. The suggestions that Chris gave us were fantastic from a design standpoint. Our home looks so much better than it did before. As far as installation is concerned, the crew could not have been more professional and precise, and I am very picky. They kept our house incredibly clean throughout the process. Ben and the rest of his crew were simply outstanding. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is so professional, fixated on pleasing the customer, and truly in the business of home improvement.
