We've had cooling (summer) and heating (winter) problems on some rooms in the house ever since we moved to a 13 year old house a year ago and wanted to fix it permanently. We've had like 5 different contractors tell us there was no problem with our vents and that our furnace/AC was ok but I refused to believe them. I saw this product in one of the Home Shows in Toronto a year ago and did a thorough research on it. I had Victor, from this company come and using some sophisticated tools he found out within a few minutes what the problem was. There was 52% leakage from our vents so only 48% of the air blown from our furnace was reaching our rooms. He carefully explained the process and the cost too. Long story short, he came with his team at a later scheduled date, blew in this product into our vents and managed to seal the holes in the ventilation/return system. We got a 99.4% efficiency after and the temperature of all our rooms (including the basement) are now almost the same. My suggestion to you guys who have this issue to give Victor a call before you call any AC/Furnace contractor as replacing your unit(s) may not solve your problem at all. Thank you, Victor and team!

This is the 2nd time we hired Richard and his team. Once you get accustomed to ceilings with crown mouldings then you'd like all the houses you live in to have it. My wife and I love customizing our home exactly the way we want it so when we moved to a different house we opted for a basement that was not finished. We heard about finishedbasement from our friend and they were extremely happy with the quality and service they got. I did some homework, got quotes from 5 different contractors, and for some reason kept coming back to the quote from this company. We finally gave the contract to Vitaly and his team. As we knew how the space would look like we had an architect friend draw us the blueprint then gave it to these guys. Exactly 2 weeks after they started they were done. We’re very hard to please but all we can say is these guys are like artists with the quality of their work. It also helped that all of them were very easy to deal with. No bullshit excuses whatsoever. Special thanks as well to the owner Igor, Maria, Natalie, Richard, Igor (Elec), Yuri, and all the crew. I wish all contractors were like you. From the bottom of our hearts we say you guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Lastly, for those of you wanting to get a trusted basement contractor who does great quality work in a very timely manner look no further as this company is the real deal..

The guys came in early, took their time but finished the job on time. They used drop cloths everywhere and were patient with the design my wife and I wanted (we're very meticulous people), Everything was nice and clean after the install. I always use HomeStars for projects beyond my capabilities and the contractors I've dealt with have been great so far. Saw Spring Home's great reviews and spoke to Cy who was very helpful in my unit choice. Very patient and courteous. I've been doing a lot of research and found Lennox to be one of the toughest units out there so I got the 14 SEER XC14 A/C after much thought. I was lucky Spring Home had an open Sat install slot as this was in the heat of summer. Peter and the other installer arrived as scheduled, gave me a few options where to install the unit, and were patient enough to answer my 50+ questions. Compared to other installers I saw around my neighborhood, I noticed these guys took their time and used higher quality materials like brackets, etc. They left the work area spotless after. Cy called me after 3 weeks to check about the unit and how the install went. I'm very happy with this company and the service they provided. Will definitely deal with them again in the future. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and I can say Richard and Paul are one of the best I've done business with. Richard makes you feel comfortable on the planning stage and has a great sense of humor. I am very meticulous person and I see every little detail. Their work is top-notch. Everything is nice and clean. Finished right on schedule. My wife was so happy when she saw their work. Thank you guys and see you again on the next project.. Highly recommended!
