Install radiant heat flooring system
We had our basement dug out by 3 feet. Our GC recommended Electro air systems. They installed a hot water radiant heat system throughout the basement and it has been fantastic- basement is warm and dry in winter and cool and dry in the summer. Service has been immediate for our furnace and AC as well. Highly recommend. North Toronto, Ontario
