We noticed our dryer was no longer sending air outside and that the vent had disconnected in behind the walls. I reached out to Ductwise they were the first company to contact me back and ended up being the most helpful. They were able to assess and correct the issue in a very timely manner. I'm very thankful for their excellent customer service and professional work. Thank you! I will be hiring you again to do the ductwork of our entire home.

I've used the services of Focus Security several times and have always been impressed. I first heard about Focus Security when I was at AARtech buying some new smoke detectors. I asked the manager who they'd recommend to update some locks and they quickly provided Tim's name from Focus Security. I've been extremely pleased with Tim as he is an excellent communicator, is very quick to respond and does a high quality work. He has installed and replaced a few deadbolt locks as well as matched all of our door locks to our new keys. In the future, I plan on using his services to install a video doorbell. I highly recommend this company!

We recently had a new furnace installed. There was a pipe that went to the drain but it was too tiny and always clogged with the old furnace. Instead of getting a pump, we contacted Dima Plumbing to install a ½ inch poly tube to go from beside the furnace into the concrete and connect it to the floor drain which is approx. 3-4 feet away from the furnace. The basement was finished so they had to go into the concrete in the furnace room and underneath hardwood & tile floors. Dima Plumbing was extremely fast with all communication and was very helpful. They did all the work in a day and even though it was a dirty job, they left everything very clean. I was extremely pleased with the customer service that Dima Plumbing offers. I will be using their services again in the spring to switch from a pedestal sump pump to a submersible sump pump.

I've had very bad experiences with moving companies in the past. So I've always been afraid to use any moving company. Four years ago Lindsay-Peterborough Movers & Storage took away my fears. I trust them to move anything. They packed up my condo in Richmond Hill and moved my family to Whitby. They were extremely professional and friendly. Really an A+ in customer service. So we used them again for a recent move and they were even better this time around! They packed up our home in Whitby and moved us to Oshawa, no issues. Constant communication, very friendly, extremely fast and professional. Every single employee was very helpful and kind. Seriously I wish more companies had the customer service level that LP Movers & Storage has. Thankfully they are willing to go to many distances around Southern Ontario. Keep up the great work!

I used Carson Dunlop four years ago for our first house. We went with Carson as we were told they all had engineering backgrounds. Gordon Mathieu walked me through the whole home, allowing me to shadow him. He was extremely informative, pointed everything out, explaining how things should work and what things would need maintenance and when. He was the best. We just bought a new home and through the website I was able to request Gord specifically. Again he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He's also been available to answer questions we've had months after the inspection. Carson Dunlop is a little expensive, my wife likes to call it my "expensive date with Gord." But he is very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable. Well worth the price! (The price includes thermal imaging on top of the home inspection)
