It's my second time using Oliver Heating & Cooling. The first time was for a major furnace repair. I felt very comfortable using them again for this project. Although this is business, the people are genuine, honest and respectful which creates a great experience. The communication and planning with Steve was super easy. Terry came onsite for the estimate and to perform the job with Ben. They were on time, very respectful, easy to get along with, very clean and tight with the installation, and explained things along the way. I would be glad to trust them with my next project or repair and certainly refer them to anyone who needed a project completed or urgent help with something.

The condition and behaviour of my furnace was slowly deteriorating over a 2 month period but never stopped working 100%. I was troubleshooting by doing online research and consulting with experienced friends/family. Which was all fine until it reached a critical point and I reached out to Oliver Heating and Cooling. Teresa was very quick to respond and scheduled a site visit by Josh. Josh was very professional and respectful. Most importantly he was very direct and honest with me regarding the condition of the furnace and that there was potential danger to my family and the neighbors around me and immediately red-tagged my furnace. I could see that it wasn't an easy decision for Josh as he is leaving my family and I in the cold. However, I have an immense respect for the knowledge of HVAC professionals and especially Josh's commitment to safety. Josh understood the urgency of the matter and quickly obtained a quote and ETA for repair with his office. Teresa was fantastic with quick responses to my messages and took the time to provided very detailed answers to my questions. More detail than I expected actually. Darren was onsite along with Josh on the day of the repair where things went smoothly. Darren was another classy, professional and down-to-earth person employed by Oliver Heating that helped add a calmness to the event and ensured it all went according to plan. Between Josh, Teresa and Darren, you can clearly see that Oliver Heating employs a certain type of individual to represent their company. I was in good hands.

I waited patiently for many years for a company like Rock Steady Interlocking to come along. Cordell and company were the right fit in every respect to work with and helped me realize a dream and vision for my home and family. Cordell distinguished himself from his competition on many many levels. Notwithstanding the superb final product that Cordell produced, the most important aspect was how well we worked together throughout the process and that we stayed on the same page from start to end. Over many pre-sales visits and discussions, we patiently spoke and collaborated about design options that best suited my project until we had something we can work with. We both remained opened minded and flexible. We were also very fair with each other as we discussed a price that we could both live with and he was able to advise me on areas where I could save some money as well. Cordell quickly scheduled my work to begin shortly after the contract signing and I'm happy to be enjoying everything this year. We would communicate daily, provide feedback to each other and made some changes along the way. Cordell was very receptive to discussing and making changes. Customer satisfaction was his top priority. He did not disappoint. Cordell and his sidekick Alex were always friendly, funny, easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. I'm completely satisfied with every aspect of this project and Rock Steady Interlocking. As well, I have receiving several compliments from many neighbors who have some gorgeous landscaping themselves. They were nice enough to share their warm and complimentary feedback about the work that was done. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Rock Steady Interlocking. Easy choice!
