Sam has done an excellent job at replacing the door bellow without face plate removal (which saves the hassle of washing machine move, disconnection, etc.) for my Maytag washer. He stayed until the washer cycle is completed to ensure the good working order and did also follow up with a call (over the long weekend). Sam had also managed to get a better price for the part. Really appreciate his service.

After a successful furnace repair last year, i have called Max again to install a humidifier this week. As always, Max was very professional and efficient. During testing, installed humidifier caused electrical damage to the control board and the blower motor of the furnace. Max was able to replace the board and blower motor as well as come up with a new wiring for humidifier to prevent further damage. After all, i have a new humidifier and a new blower/board that will extend the life of the furnace that made me very happy with his service.

All options were offered at a very reasonable price. Follow up on my prior reviews - in March 2014, on one of the coldest Polar Vortex days, the furnace stopped working (ignitor gave up). Max came out at night, quickly identified the problem and offered to fix it the same night! The heat was back and my family could not have been happier...thank you immensely again, Max!
