The store - due to its vast selection - is overwhelming for the fabric novice, but staff are helpful and knowledgeable. An added bonus is the notice board with contact details for local sewers/independent drapery makers. A great resource all around.

In just over 2 weeks from my initial phone call I had the most beautiful custom blackout panels installed in the bedroom and sheers in the living room.
