Order took from March 12th - June 28th to get all the parts. Totally unsatisfactory.
Ordered all items mid March 12th -all items showed IN STOCK online. Pkg arrived June 3rd but missing skimmer&return pkg. I was told it would be on the way that day - nothing arrived, necessitating another call to remind that the promised order was AWOL. Finally rec'd about 1 week later. Started to assemble pool to find that there wasn't a cutout for the skimmer or return on the pool wall. Took a week to verify this & order a new pool wall, then 1 week to manufacture it. Manufacturer decided to send the new wall by train, taking another 2 weeks to arrive. Many, many phone calls were made & direct phone calls with the Manager of Customer Service. Found Customer Service overwhelmed & disorganized.(Ordered in my husband's name, Scott Buchanan)
