After seeing Paul's awesome designs online and on TV, we contacted Cutting Edge Design / Paul Lafrance Design with a request to help me transform my backyard into place for my family to escape to. We worked together to modify and re-modify the design for months.....Many of the modifications were based on feedback and requested changes we received from the conservation authority and Urban Forestry. While Cutting Edge / Paul Lafrance Design were well within their right to ask me for additional money for all the rework they did, they never asked me for a single penny. Infact, I brought it up with Steve Williams (my principal designer and point of contact) and he flat out told me that he would not accept any additional money. Cutting Edge / Paul Lafrance Design also went above and beyond in other ways. The company I had hired to do the engineering drawings abandoned me during the process and Cutting Edge / Paul Lafrance Design basically picked up the slack and helped me do all the submissions for Urban Forestry and the conservation authority. They produced both 2D and 3D renderings of my project for me to review as well as detailed dimension diagrams for my engineering drawings to be build from. Thank-you for all your hard work!

I paid Luke Kenney to do the Engineering Drawings, the permit submissions for the City of Toronto, Urban Forestry, and the Toronto Conservation Authority, and any revisions required to get it approved for deck design that I had made by an awesome designer. He completed the drawings on schedule and asked for full payment upon submission of the plans to the city. I paid him (foolishly). I then followed up with him for weeks on the status of my Conversation Authority Submission and my Urban Forestry Submission. He repeatedly assured me he was about to submit them....he never did....and he basically stopped responding to me. I had to go back to my designer who helped me create all the documentation required for those submissions. His lack of response cost me months in my design process and ultimately I had to pay someone else to make the changes to my engineering drawings. I asked him for a partial refund and I never heard back from him. Overall, this was not a good experience.

We have had Brush and Roll do both interior and exterior painting for us in our last two homes. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship are second to none. Mike and his team were punctual, they finished on schedule, and used quality paint (BM). His team do a great job and we will most definitely use them again in our future work. In our old home they were recommended to us by our interior designer and they did a great job painting the basement, first and second floors of our home. They did an especially good job on our master bedroom and our baby room, both of which had detailed work. We then brought them back to do some outside work for us. They did such a great job our neighbours also hired them! In our current home they painted our basement as well as our first floor. Once again they did a great job. We have a ton of trim and wainscoting in our home and everything turned out great. We have been very happy with them and have recommended them to a number of our friends looking for a high quality finish at a reasonable price.

The Copa team was great! They helped bring to life the design that me and my interior designer created. They created 3 custom pieces of furniture for us, a 15 foot long two person desk, a credenza, and a beautiful breakfront cabinet. Ian and his team were professional and showed a love and dedication to their work. This love shone through in the finished product. The custom breakfront is absolutely stunning and is destined to be a family heirloom. If you are looking for an organization that will not sacrifice on quality, have a focus on the tiniest of details, and deliver an awesome product at a reasonable price point, then you have found your match. I have already recommend Ian and his team to my friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Ian! Please note: The custom furniture in my office was designed by Sealy Design.

Rent-a-son did a fantastic job for us moving our belongings to our new home. They were punctual, professional, and took extra care with our furniture. I will most definitely use them again the next time I need to move.

I was in a crunch and I needed to change the locks to my home.....I called Eagle and not only did they respond immediately, but they didn't try to rip me off or charge me extra for the rush request that I had. I was very happy with their customer service and they were very courteous and friendly when they came onsite. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs quality work done at their home.

Simply put, Brent lived up and exceeded to my exceptions, which were set pretty high based on all the very positive reviews he had here on the homestars website. Let me start by saying that I would highly recommend his services should you ever require a home inspection. I have had several home inspections done for me in the past and none of them has been as through as the one Brent did. In addition to being through, Brent also took the time to walk me through each of the items he found in his inspection, did not rush me when I asked many questions, and gave me an idea of what the approximate cost should be to fix the issues to allow be to budget. All in all, he spent over 4 hours in my home going over every square inch. If and when I purchase another home I will call on his services again.
