I am currently renovating a house in the annex down to the studs, extending floors and larger windows that required significant structural work, adding rooms, taking them away lots and lots of framing. I had hired another Framer on a recommendation and it turned out to be a disaster. He was unable to continue with the project and had done poor work up until that point I lucked out when I contacted Ihor. He was knowledgeable, prompt, fairly priced, and the quality of his work was incredibly high. I would recommend Frameart to anyone Doing a major renovation or requiring Framing services. Should I do another project on the scale? They will certainly be the first people that I call.

We used them based on referral from our designer to do Kitchen back splash, counter and Island. The island was cracked but filled in to hide. They blamed me for it even though it was clearly damaged in more than one place, their installer later confirmed this. They also screwed up the backsplash leaving a big gap under the cabinets. I resolved the backsplash at my own expense by paying cabinet people to build thicker moulding, only after my contractor agreed to pay for island did they agree to install new one. They made us wait 4 months then showed up with an even more damaged one. I finally agreed to take a small portion of what I paid as a refund to end my dealing with them. Despite multiple written and verbal promises to refund me this money they did not do so. Through the whole Process they missed every deadline and commitment they ever made, they took no ownership , they made excuses, and they were dishonest. They told me every time there was an issue they needed to talk to the owner( they are the owners!!). I would never use this company again and I hope others can avoid the incredibly frustrating experience I have had.
