David from Dr. Vent is a true professional at his craft. I had a dryer vent that was completely clogged and it had actually dislodged from where it leads outside. I had others take a look and I was told that my ceiling would have to be cut open to locate and clear the blockage. David assessed the situation, came up with a plan and executed the plan successfully without having to cut open my ceiling. He was able to clear the blockage, reattach/secure the vent where it had dislodged and install a new cover. I now have air flowing freely through my dryer vent.
