The staff were upfront and honest about setting my expectations. I am very happy with the solution I have. Intially I came with a long shopping list based on my research. They suggested I use a staged approach and report back the success and quality of signal I was receiving. This isn;t changing a lightbulb, If you can't do that, you might not want to consider OTA. They do not do installations and considering the liabilities associated with doing installations neither will I. Value minded consumers going this route would not accept $1000 fees to install high mounted antennas.
