I've been a customer of Moveworks for years and would appreciate it if Ann would make good on her promise and refund me the money owed for damages from my move in June. She promised to reimburse me but has been evasive since July when I provided her receipts for damaged items. Considering the claim is less than $300 I am surprised Ann has not dealt with this promptly since I have been a long-time and loyal customer. I am miffed by this and have no choice to rate the company harshly. Too bad. Ann - where are you? Michael (owner) is this the brand and reputation you wish to build for your company?
